Every attempt is made to ensure that the office is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday however staffing levels are such that this is not always possible and visitors are recommended to telephone prior to any visit.

The office is located in the town centre in a shop unit in the Lindsey Centre directly opposite the entrance to Boyes store and adjacent to the multi-storey car park.
